Buses are the main link between the airport and the town of Dalaman. However, they are not frequent. Only one bus runs in the morning and there is a late afternoon bus on Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Taxis operate from the airport and can take you to all local destinations. They can be expensive, so be sure to agree a price first.
